How the Quality Awards Work

Evaluating midrange storage arrays in five major categories, the Quality Awards review almost 800 storage array evaluations to provide unbiased and statistically valid results. End users evaluate their storage hardware on a scale from 1 to 8, with 8 being the highest possible score.

Midrange storage arrays are evaluated on initial product quality, product reliability, product features, technical support and sales force competence.
