Data Domain Deduplication
The DataDomain DD880 appliance raises the bar for deduplication performance, with faster throughput speeds than conventional virtual tape library (VTL) systems, and single-stream throughput up to 1.28 TB/hour to enable protection of large databases in short backup windows. The DD880 provides the capabilities for long-term online retention for large, consolidated data centers.

The DD600 Series is a cost-effective and scalable deduplication storage solution for large data centers. A single DD670 system delivers up to 1.1 TB/hour of single-stream throughput performance, essential in protecting large databases.

The Data Domain DD140 affords remote site data protection for distributed enterprises. The DD140 provides extended disk-based onsite data retention and can help eliminate tape backups from remote locations by consolidating tape backups to a central site for swift, efficient disaster recovery.
